Abstract

The ability to communicate in the state language is an indisputable means of success in professional activity, and after the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language", fluency in the state language became a requirement for civil service specialists [1]. In this regard, one of the challenges in the professional training of specialists in the national security and defence sector of Ukraine is to ensure the proper level of mastery of professional communication, since the professional culture of a specialist is based on the ability to communicate with colleagues, subordinates, other civil servants, to work out official and regulatory documents.
