Abstract

We have created more information in the last ten years than in all human history before. At that time there were 30 exabytes of information, and today there are 300 exabytes of information [1]. It is estimated that we now have five times more access to information than in 1986 [2]. Although the human brain has the ability to evolve and adapt, it has not kept up with the speed at which information is created and distributed
