The negative impact of the era of significant social changes and unfavorable socio-economic situation is destructive for the of children and adolescents. Modern pupils have to perceive and analyze a much larger amount of information than before, as well as engage in activities, the level of complexity of which increases every year. However, such dynamics of school workload changes do not always take into account the peculiarities of the mental and psychophysiological development of a person whose organism is not yet fully developed [4, 5, 6, 7, 8].
