Abstract

Short distance city's not a new concept. This theory has been around for a long time. Accessibility like an ideal green town-country was utopian concept which was proposed by EbenezerHoward in 1898 [1]. But after that this conception became the basis for architectural city planning. Practical solution was found by Clarence Perry conception for neighborhoods in the USA [2] (Fig. 1).
