Ensuring that the state and public authorities fulfill their constitutional function of defense, protection of Ukraine's sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability, as well as public administration in the field of state defense in the current environment, especially in connection with russian military aggression and actual war, is one of the most urgent and complex problems of our time. The Law of Ukraine "On National Security of Ukraine" defines national security of Ukraine as the protection of state sovereignty, territorial integrity, democratic constitutional order and other national interests of Ukraine from real and potential threats [1]. At the same time, military security is defined as the protection of state sovereignty, territorial integrity and democratic constitutional order and other vital national interests from military threats. National security law forms a stable system of legal support for national security, and military law forms a system of legal support for defense and military security of Ukraine.
