Abstract

Pregnancy is a period of significant changes in a woman's life, when the physiological, emotional and social aspects of her existence are intertwined, creating a unique experience. At this time, the mental health of the expectant mother plays an important role, because her condition affects not only herself, but also the unborn child. The psychological well-being of a pregnant woman becomes the foundation of harmonious motherhood and healthy family relationships.
