Abstract

The European supply chain market for cold storage plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of products that require a specific temperature regime. The European market has high demands for the efficiency of logistics processes in this sector, which are driven by stringent regulatory standards and growing consumer expectations. To assess the effectiveness of cold supply chains in the logistics market of European countries, we will define the key criteria that allow for the evaluation of the overall efficiency of cold supply chains in the EU and identify opportunities for their further improvement.
