Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, investment in the information technology (IT) sector has emerged as a key determinant of economic competitiveness among European Union (EU) member states. While aggregate investment levels have shown an upward trend, their distribution remains highly uneven, exacerbating structural disparities across the Union.
