Abstract

In the modern context of a globalized and highly dynamic economy, effective investment management is a decisive factor for the competitiveness and sustainable development of any company or state. However, traditional approaches to investment project evaluation, based on classical methods of financial analysis (NPV, IRR, PP), have shown a systemic inability to adequately account for uncertainty and change. This underscores the relevance and timeliness of the research results presented for consideration.
