Abstract

The healthcare system is one of the key elements of a country's socio-economic development. The effectiveness of public administration in this area determines not only the level of medical care provided to the population, but also social stability, trust in the authorities, and the quality of life of citizens. In the context of public administration reform, decentralization, and European integration processes, there is a need to rethink the institutional foundations of public health management.
