Abstract

In the modern world of information technology, technological expertise is a necessary but insufficient condition for a successful career as an IT specialist. Studies show that employers are increasingly looking for specialists who combine deep technical knowledge with advanced communication skills. The ability to clearly present complex technical solutions, defend projects in front of stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
