Abstract

Modern business communication is increasingly accompanied by hidden forms of influence. Manipulation in this context is considered as a purposeful intervention in the mind of the interlocutor in order to change his behavior, often contrary to his own interests. It manifests itself both in interpersonal contacts and in managerial activities, where the effectiveness of cooperation depends on the subtlety of influence
