Abstract

The current state of the global economic environment is characterized by a critical level of uncertainty caused by the interweaving of technological revolutions, geopolitical shifts and the need for a fundamental restructuring of value chains. In the context of operational management, the design of the operating system (OS) of the enterprise ceases to be a purely technical task of organizing the production cycle and turns into a strategic process of forming an adaptive business architecture.
