Abstract

This article examines the role of treasury in the liquidity management system of insurance companies against the backdrop of tightening regulatory requirements and the digital transformation of the financial sector. It analyses international and national approaches to ensuring insurers’ solvency, managing financial flows and legal compliance. An integrated legal and financial model of treasury management is proposed, combining mechanisms for liquidity control, corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance. Directions for enhancing the financial stability of insurance companies are identified.
