Abstract

The rapid modernization of English Language Teaching (ELT) within higher education environments demands a definitive shift from conventional methodology toward the systematic integration of technology-enhanced learning (TEL) frameworks [1, p. 1017]. For pedagogical universities responsible for preparing future English teachers, the adoption of structured TEL frameworks is a strict methodological necessity driven by the significant impact of digital tools on student learning outcomes [6, p. 356].
