Abstract

The development of modern mechanical engineering requires the creation of parts with low weight, small dimensions, energy-saving properties. Combining material and microelectronics technology allows you to create miniature designs. Such miniature structures (sensors) are called microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) [1].
