СУДОМНИЙ СИНДРОМ ПРИ НЕВИЛІКОВНИХ ЗАХВОРЮВАННЯХ У ПАЛІАТИВНИХ ХВОРИХ

Abstract

Судомний синдром є патологічним станом, який пов’язаний з подразненням мозкових структур, що відповідальні за рухи, і проявляється мимовільними нападами скорочення посмугованих м’язів, що може супровождуютися втратою свідомості. Судоми у пацієнтів, які потребують паліативної допомоги, полієтіологічні і виникають у 10-15% випадків. Основою лікування судом є застосування протисудомних препаратів і радикальне лікування їх причини. Паліативна допомога спрямована на лікування і зменшення симптомів, психосоціальну підтримку та реабілітацію з метою покращення якості життя хворого.
