Abstract

The current state of geoinformational technology demands an ongoing
topographic monitoring system which can provide the presentation of geospatial data
in the mode, close to real time, practically at the same time the changes have
occured. The analysis of the existing Ukrainian national geospatial data infrastructure
(NGDI) has revealed some legal, institutional, and financial issues [1].
