Abstract

Land category and the designated use of land plot are determined according to the respective functional use of the territory, predetermined by the approved spatial development complex plan of the territorial community or master plan of settlement. The designated use of land plots of state and communal property [1] which belong to residential and communal housing, industry, transport, communication, energy, defence, etc., as well as private land plots occupied by privately owned buildings and facilities (but nature conservation territories and facilities) with the right of permanent use or under lease, emphyteusis, superficies, may be altered by landowner [2].
