The war in the strongest accelerator of the scientific and technical progress. However, the war is not supposed to be led only and exceptionally on the battlefield that we imagine. It can easily proven by modern hybrid biological and manipulation attacks of Russia on the territory of numerous countries, including ones that are members of the EU. In the current article we would like to present the modern hybrid biological attack of Russian agents on the territory of the EU states, which appeared to be only a drop in the ocean under the prism of global plans of Russia to dominate the political arena on the continent.
