Abstract

The process of integration and social inclusion appears to be significantly complicated issue both from the perspective of accepting society, and from the one of people, who are arriving to the receiving country. The difficulty depends on circumstances of arriving, level of economical prosperity, time or lack of one for preparation for the process of relocation (thus, the refugees and forcibly displaced persons usually encounter a wider number of challenges comparing to ordinary migrants); educational, linguistic and professional level. What is more, the correlation between indexes of adequate and flexible migrational policy in any given country on one hand, and level of success of integration and social inclusion on the other one, depends also on the generation, the representatives of which we are talking about. Therefore, if we are talking about generation of properly “newcomers”, their process of integration/social inclusion may be aggravated by numerous cultural, traditional, social and societal differences, as well as prejudices and biases both accepting and newcomers’ societies possess towards each other. Therefore, the more proper and specially adapted the program of integration and social inclusion will be, the more human and professional potential representatives of generation of newcomers will be able to introduce into accepting society, instead of “sacrificing their everything to provide for their family”, as it is right now. Self-realization of representatives of generation of newcomers is a key to successful integration/social inclusion policy towards generation of newcomers.
