The combination of wave-like and progressive trends in the movement of organizational-managerial activity forms complex processes of change. Contradictions are most clearly manifested at the turning point of eras, when forces have matured that are ready to shake the foundations and push for a change in the social paradigm. During this period, mosaic features of institutional structures and personal traits of managers overlap and mutually resonate. The old order is destroyed; the new one has not yet taken hold. Socioeconomic communications are restructured, the role of elements of national wealth is shifting, the effectiveness of managerial communications and the range of organizational actions become problematic.
