Bullying in schools is one of the most pressing issues in modern education, which significantly affects the mental and emotional health of pupils. The relevance of this issue is growing due to the frequency of aggression among adolescents, which negatively affects their learning, self-esteem and social relationships. “The importance of studying bullying in schools can be seen in many ways; for young people, bullying affects physical and mental health, their academic performance and their social skills, which has a severe impact on individuals in society.” [1]. Studying the psychological aspects of bullying allows us to better understand its causes and impact on the pupil environment and develop effective strategies to overcome it. In particular, cognitive-behavioural interventions show significant potential in preventing and reducing aggressive behaviour among perpetrators and victims.
