Abstract

Considering the peculiarities of the processes of formation of personal traits of a person who is under the influence of numerous stressogenic factors, one cannot ignore the leading characteristics of anxiety in young men and young women. It is anxiety and its main correlates, namely: state and trait anxiety, that determine the peculiarities of the emotional state and behavioral manifestations, form the prerequisites for the effective and adequate implementation of activities of educational, professional and socially significant content, ensure the optimal course of mental adaptation processes.
