The data of numerous scientific studies convincingly emphasize that any place of direct professional activity represents an extremely complex multifunctional system of socio-economic, psychological-pedagogical, psycho-emotional, personal and sanitary-hygienic factors that have a significant impact on the daily life of employees for a sufficiently long time. Moreover, the primary prevention of adverse changes on the part of various functional systems of the body, which may take place, should begin with the process of optimizing the sanitary and hygienic conditions of the microenvironment in which a person lives [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]. It should also be recognized as very important the fact that the implementation of a comprehensive assessment of the specifics of the impact of the factors of the professional environment on the organism of employees makes it possible to establish a fairly clear connection between the characteristics of the environment and its main physiological constants, which react in response to their influence, especially if its degree exceeds the value of the maximum permissible values and can lead to the development of quite serious changes [3, 6]. In the course of the conducted research, a comparative study of the working conditions of nurses of therapeutic and surgical departments, doctors of a therapeutic and surgical profile, family and military doctors – types of medical profession that are the most common or differ significantly in their fundamental characteristics was conducted.
